Your Sexual Health Clinic

If you live in Plymouth, SHiP is your local sexual health service, offering a wide range of support including free condoms for under 25s, STI testing and treatment, contraception options, and expert advice for those diagnosed with or exposed to STIs. They also provide important services like HIV testing and prevention (including PrEP and PEP), vaccinations, pregnancy support, and specialist care. Whether you need guidance on sexual health, wellbeing, or support tailored for young people, SHiP is here to help.

Out Youth Groups

Out Youth provide LGBTQ+ youth groups for 11 to 19 year olds (or up to 25 for those with additional needs) and offer a safe spaces for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and non-binary young people, or young people who may be questioning their sexuality or gender identity.

HIV Testing

HIV testing should be quick, discreet, and easy to access – and we’re here to help. If you think you’ve been at risk or just want peace of mind, we can help you get a test. It’s normal to feel anxious or to overthink symptoms, but the only way to know your status for sure is to test at the right time.

Condoms Direct

We offer free condoms and lube across the South West through our Condoms Direct service. You’ll also find them in saunas, LGBTQ+ venues, and local support agencies. If you're under 25, you can get free condoms through C-Card, C@SHiP, or Doink. Click below to find out more.
