This includes free condoms for under 25s, STI testing and treatment, contraception options (including long-acting and emergency methods), pregnancy testing, and specialist services for young people. Whether you need guidance on sexual health, wellbeing, or support tailored to your needs, Cornwall Sexual Health is here to help.

With You provide free and confidential services, without judgement, to adults and young people facing challenges with drugs and alcohol. If you have questions, need advice, or just want to talk.
HIV Testing
HIV testing should be quick, discreet, and easy to access – and we’re here to help. If you think you’ve been at risk or just want peace of mind, we can help you get a test. It’s normal to feel anxious or to overthink symptoms, but the only way to know your status for sure is to test at the right time.
Condoms Direct
We offer free condoms and lube across the South West through our Condoms Direct service. You’ll also find them in saunas, LGBTQ+ venues, and local support agencies. If you're under 25, you can get free condoms through C-Card, C@SHiP, or Doink. Click below to find out more.

We’re an innovative chemsex support service, offering confidential, judgment-free advice for men who have sex with men and are part of the chemsex scene.
