Mags Davies - CEO
Mags provides strategic leadership for The Eddystone Trust, guiding the organisation with vision and compassion. She champions our mission to make sexual health everyone’s business, ensuring the charity continues to grow its reach and impact across communities.

Nicky Holdaway - Services Director
Nicky oversees the delivery of our services, making sure they are effective, inclusive, and responsive to community needs. With a focus on systems integration and quality, he supports our teams to deliver the very best in sexual health outreach and support.

James Mead - Service Development Lead (Prevention)
James leads on prevention, developing innovative approaches to outreach, and community engagement. His work helps people access the knowledge and tools they need to make informed choices about their sexual health.

Naomi Cooper - Sexual Health Training and Development Lead
Naomi designs and delivers training for professionals and community partners, building skills, confidence, and understanding around sexual health. She ensures that our learning programmes are evidence-led, inclusive, and accessible.

Gemma Wootten MBACP - Service Lead & Specialist Counsellor
Gemma heads up our counselling services, providing safe and confidential support for those navigating complex sexual health issues. A qualified counsellor, she specialises in creating spaces where people feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Damon Foster - Digital Design and Communication Lead
Damon leads on all things digital and creative, shaping how we connect with communities online and through campaigns. He combines design, communication, and innovation to make sexual health messages engaging, accessible, and stigma-free.
