    FREE online peer support service available to anyone over the age of 16 living with or affected by HIV. The service is available across the UK and to British nationals living or working outside the UK.

  • 4M

    A peer-led programme led by Black migrant women. They train women living with HIV, across the UK, as Mentor Mothers to provide psycho-social support to peers in their pregnancy journey and beyond.

  • First Response

    Crisis Team @ Devon Partnership Trust - 24/7 Urgent Mental Health Helpline. First Response service - can be referred by clinician or can self-refer.

  • The Moorings

    Mental Health Matters - offers out-of-hours mental health support to anyone aged 18+ in Devon, from three locations.

    Practical, medical, forensic, and emotional support to everyone that has experienced sexual assault or rape, regardless of age or gender. Can be referred by a professional or self- refer.

    Support for Devon and Torbay families with parenting, school, behaviour, development, disabilities, neurodiversity, mental health, eating disorders, and complex or chronic health conditions.

  • Young Devon Wellbeing Service

    Support for 11–25-year-olds, including counselling, one-off Wellbeing Sessions, CBT, Victim of Crime support, Wellbeing Cafés, and group sessions. We also offer guidance for parents, carers, and professionals to help support young people’s mental health and wellbeing.

  • SPACE Youth Services

    Youth clubs across Devon and online on Discord. 1-2-1 support with a youth worker, LGBTQ+ support, SEND support, social prescribing, a creative hub, and street-based youth work.

  • Together Drug and Alcohol Service

    Your first step to recovery in Devon if you want to cut down or stop drug or alcohol use. For adults 18+, we offer 1:1 support, group programmes, recovery and family support, harm reduction, accredited mentoring, plus advice and guidance.

  • Drug & Alcohol Service Torbay

    At Shrublands House, every service user is supported with a recovery coordinator, peer support, 1:1 interventions, group work, and healthcare assessments. We also offer family support through a specialist Health Visitor, referrals to community rehab, prescribing interventions (stabilisation, detox, reduction), plus signposting and advice.

  • The Eddystone Trust

    An innovative Southwest-based chemsex service for men who have sex with men. We offer a confidential, judgment-free space to explore changes you’d like to make around chems, with support to help you achieve them. Services include harm reduction advice, 1:1 structured support, condoms and safety packs, signposting to specialist services, and information on postal testing.
