Sexual Health Week 2026 is Here... Let's Connect
Brook’s Let’s Connect campaign explores what it means to build meaningful connections in a world where we’re increasingly connected digitally, but can sometimes feel more isolated in real life.
Throughout the week, Brook will explore connection in all its forms, including friendships, romantic relationships, sexual relationships, our relationship with ourselves, and our connection to our communities.
The campaign will explore how we can build and maintain authentic relationships in an age of endless scrolling, ghosting and online communication, while also considering the importance of feeling connected to our own bodies, emotions and needs.
It’s a reminder that connection can play an important role in our overall wellbeing and that feeling like we belong can help us navigate some of the challenges that affect our sexual wellbeing and relationships.
What’s happening during Sexual Health Week?
Brook has put together a programme of activities, resources and conversations throughout the week.
Hear from Brook’s experts
Brook will be sharing blogs and expert insights exploring connection, relationships and community.
Their Sexual Health Week blog hub will provide practical advice and perspectives on how we can strengthen our relationships, communicate with others and build a greater sense of belonging.
The Big RSE Lesson
On Tuesday 15 September, Brook and Movember are teaming up for a free live Big RSE Lesson focused on human connection.
Aimed at Year 9 and above, the session will explore friendship, relationships, intimacy and the importance of connecting with ourselves and others. It will combine real stories and expert insight with Brook’s warm and non-judgemental approach to relationships and sexual health education.
Stories of Connection
Brook is also working with sex educator and author Ruby Rare to create a zine celebrating stories and experiences of connection.
The project will explore the different ways people connect, with Brook inviting people to share their own stories and artefacts that represent connection in their lives.
Conversations online
Throughout the week, Brook will be using its social media channels to explore the theme further, working alongside other organisations (Like us!) and sharing different perspectives on what connection means.
Why connection matters to us
At The Eddystone Trust, we know that sexual wellbeing doesn’t exist in isolation.
The ability to have open conversations, access support without judgement and feel connected to other people and your community can all make a difference.
Whether it’s talking to a partner about boundaries, asking a question about sexual wellbeing, finding support when you need it, or simply making time to connect with the people around you, connection matters.
We’re pleased to be supporting Brook’s Sexual Health Week campaign and helping to amplify these conversations across the South West.
Because sexual wellbeing is about more than sex. It’s about people, relationships, wellbeing and feeling connected.
