Condoms
Condoms are one of the easiest and most effective ways to protect yourself and your partners from STIs and unplanned pregnancy. They’re simple, discreet, and when used correctly, they really do work.
Free condoms are available through local schemes like Doink/C-Cards for under 25s and Condoms Direct, often delivered discreetly to your door. No fuss, no judgement — just what you need to enjoy sex safely and confidently.

HIV Testing
Getting tested for STIs and HIV is a normal part of looking after your health — just like going to the dentist or having a check-up. Whether it’s for peace of mind, or part of your regular routine, testing helps keep you and others prevent STI acquisition.
You can get tested in person at local clinics, through pop-up services, or from the comfort of home using free postal testing kits. It’s quick, confidential, and often easier than people think.

PrEP
PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) is a pill that’s highly effective at preventing HIV. It’s a game-changer for people who feel they may be more likely to be exposed to HIV — giving you control and confidence when it comes to your sexual health.
If you think PrEP might be right for you, or you're just curious to learn more, we can help you understand how it works, who it’s for, and how to access it through local sexual health services.
Vaccinations
Vaccinations are a powerful way to protect yourself from infections that can impact your sexual health. From HPV to Hepatitis A and B, and Mpox (monkeypox), there are safe and effective vaccines available — especially for those in higher-risk groups.
This summer also marks the start of the gonorrhoea vaccine rollout, offering extra protection as cases continue to rise. If you’re eligible or want to know more, we’ll help you understand what’s available, why it matters, and how to access it locally.
