Sexual Health & Relationship Education for Adults with Learning Disabilities
At The Eddystone Trust, we provide bespoke one-to-one sexual health and relationship education for adults withlearningdisabilities. Our sessions are tailored to the individual’s needs, understanding, communication style, andlearningability, helping people to develop knowledge, confidence, safety awareness, and healthy relationship skills.
What We Offer
We believe everyone has the right to accessible, inclusive, and meaningful relationship and sex education. Our approach is supportive, non-judgemental, and person-centred, enabling individuals to explore topics safely and at their own pace.
Sessions can cover a wide range of topics, including:

✅ Consent and personal safety
✅ Sexual health and wellbeing
✅ Body awareness
✅ Friendships, intimacy, and communication
✅ Contraception and sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
✅ Rights, choices, and decision-making
All programmes are individually designed and delivered on a one-to-one basis by experienced staff. Where appropriate we work closely with commissioners, support providers, families, and carers to ensure the education provided is suitable, accessible, and outcome focused.
