Claim your status
We all have an HIV status—it's either positive or negative. Knowing your status is a crucial step in taking control of your health and breaking down stigma. Testing is the only way to find out, and it's a simple, confidential process. By claiming your status, you can access the information and resources you need to stay healthy and protect those around you. Regular testing ensures you’re in the know, whether it’s maintaining a negative status or starting life-changing treatment if positive, we've got you.

Breaking down the stigma
If a person living with HIV is on effective treatment and achieves an undetectable viral load, they cannot pass the virus to their sexual partners. This concept is known as U=U, which stands for 'Undetectable = Untransmittable.' This means that with consistent treatment, HIV becomes untransmittable through sex.
By destigmatising HIV and encouraging people to test and access treatment, we can help improve the landscape for people living with HIV and prevent late diagnoses.
